Education

William earned his Bachelor of Arts from U.C. Berkeley and completed his post-baccalaureate studies in Accounting at UCLA. Thereafter, William earned his Juris Doctor from Loyola Law School, where he was awarded First Honors for his many academic achievements.

Admissions

William is a member of the California State Bar and is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California, as well as the U.S. Courts of Appeals for the Fifth and Ninth Circuits and the California Supreme Court.
